Staying here had its ups and downs. The fine views over the Bosporus from the balcony were a highlight, and the staff had some helpful tips. I was disappointed by room cleanliness and inconsistent maintenance. Noise levels were also disruptive. A mixed experience indeed!

The staff demonstrated amazing efficiency and were available at all times. Daily housekeeping kept our room immaculate. The lunches provided by the chef were good. The city view from our room added a lovely touch, great to enjoy the sights regularly.

Access to the trams required navigating some uneven streets.

Really enjoyed Istanbul, the hotel was little hard to access due to slopes. As for me, the location was good and excellent, near to all the services, the blue mosque, the restaurants and the metro as well as Divas Silver shown on booking. Also, the property was not very far from a byzantine basilica museum. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a small fridge and a closet space. There was a walk-in shower, a plus for me.

Their staff were not so friendly.

I woke up to fine views of the old city and enjoyed quick walks to major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, less than a kilometer away, making every stroll a piece of history that felt personal and engaging.

Thanks a lot for the stay - would come there again. The hotel is WONDERFUL, fairly clean with reasonable prices. It has great location around 4-6 minutes walk from Tomb of Sultan Ahmet. The staff are fine.

Daily housekeeping ensured a comfortable environment. The heating system needs serious upgrading. It struggled to keep the room warm enough. Wi-Fi connectivity couldn't keep up, often super slow. Liked having a kettle in the room, but missed paper cups. I felt the amenities could catch up with the great location and friendly service.

the shower could use an adjustable head (it sprayed everywhere), but the views from the room were outstanding (especially of the old city). the staff was super helpful with tips, and the cleaning crew did a fantastic job. very cozy stay.
